Heal One, Rise All is a sacred movement for collective healing and education. Through your donations, we are funding trauma-informed prevention programs, restoring families, and honoring the lives of our missing and murdered Indigenous relatives.
We are creating:
Family-centered body safety education
Domestic violence prevention through healthy communication coaching
Sexual abuse prevention workshops for youth and parents
MMIWR awareness through womb wisdom and ancestral healing
Harm reduction recovery programming
Veterans support programming
The Rainbow House: a healing retreat space for women, mothers, and young adults to reclaim their sovereignty
Retreats
Our retreats are part of Amor Latino Counseling and Casa Madre Counseling Center's commitment to restorative justice and community wellness. We believe healing is a collective responsibility, and that creating safe spaces for reflection, ceremony, connection, and nervous system restoration helps interrupt cycles of trauma while strengthening individuals, families, and communities. Through trauma-informed wellness programming, culturally rooted practices, and accessible community gatherings, each retreat supports emotional healing, resilience, and belonging while helping fund scholarships and mental health services for those who might otherwise face barriers to care.
